These are myofascial massage therapy and sports related sessions to address pain or limitations. The BHP does NOT provide full body or Swedish massages.
A hands-on massage therapy session that will likely include one or a combination of the following: active and/or passive range of motion assessment, tissue assessment, muscle testing, stretching recommendations and/or exercise recommendations.

This is recommended for everyone starting a training regimen so that any joint limitations can be addressed and therefore mitigate injury.
